Who we are

Clio Studios, Inc. is a corporation registered in the State of California, headquartered in Los Angeles. Questions about this policy go to hello@cliostudiosinc.com.

This policy covers this website, cliostudiosinc.com. It does not cover our apps. Those are listed further down, each with its own policy.

What this website collects

Nothing. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, and no newsletter to join. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or any third-party scripts, and we do not set cookies. The fonts on this page are served from our own domain rather than loaded from another company.

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider that keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, such as IP addresses, in order to deliver pages and defend against abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

If you email us

If you write to one of the addresses on this site, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email, and we keep it for as long as we need it to deal with what you wrote about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your address to anyone else. Ask us to delete the correspondence and we will.

Our apps

Each app handles different information, so each one carries its own privacy policy rather than sharing this one.

• Fascia Club. Its policy is at fasciaclub.app/privacy. In short, the app has no account and today everything it records stays on your phone.
• Pantry. Not released. A policy will be published before it is, and it will say plainly what the app collects and why.
• Chronicle. Not released. The same applies.

If an app is not listed above, it is not ours.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run third-party advertising in our apps or on this site. If any of that ever changes, this policy changes first, and for our apps the app's own policy changes first.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to receive a copy of it, or to have it deleted. This includes rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.

Since this website collects nothing, in practice a request to us will concern an email you sent or an app you use. Write to hello@cliostudiosinc.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for asking, and we will not treat you differently for having asked.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and collects nothing from anyone, children included. Age requirements for our apps are set out in each app's own terms.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change with it.
